Plumbing Service Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing drain service and plumbing organization, is seeking to hire a Service Manager to lead their team of technicians in Surrey, BC. This is an exciting opportunity to operate in a key strategic leadership position for a consistently innovative company. A relevant technical background in the industry and supervisory experience are paramount to success.

Requirements

-A minimum of 10 years of experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role, in a plumbing and d-rainage industry

-Knowledge of standard and accepted safety regulations and standards for safe working practices relating to the plumbing and drainage

-Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with the team

-Budget management skills and ability to determine cost-effective solutions

-Strong organizational and effective time management skills

-Flexibility in managing changing priorities and ability to work with minimum supervision

-Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite

-Ability to communicate effectively, maintain positive public relations and excellent customer  service and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work in a team environment displaying leadership, positive work ethic, integrity, and the ability to follow directions effectively

-Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License

-Legally entitled to work in Canada
