Heavy Duty Mechanic/Service Technician Position Available

Are you ready for a new challenge in a unique industry? We’re on the hunt for a Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic/Service Technician to work with our specialized mobile construction equipment and provide top-notch service for our customers in the exciting world of greenhouse construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Tinker with cool construction equipment that combines mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
• Make service calls to troubleshoot and fix heating, shading, climate control, CO2, and irrigation systems.
• Keep detailed service records (we love being organized!).
• Plan ahead for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Work outdoors year-round, rain or shine (or snow!).
• Lift heavy things (up to 50 lbs).
• Occasionally work overtime, be on-call, and travel out of town.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 or more years’ experience as a heavy-duty mechanic or service technician (no tickets required).
• A strong background in electronics/electrical work and welding.
• A quick learner and a creative problem-solver.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• A valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a current work visa.
