Project Manager – Capital Planning

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Capital Planning to join a leading engineering consulting team in Markham.

In this role, you will lead building assessment and capital planning projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for delivering detailed condition assessments, depreciation reports, and long-term capital planning recommendations that help clients make informed decisions about their building assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead building assessment and capital planning projects
• Conduct site visits, analyze building conditions, and prepare technical reports
• Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and proposals
• Manage project delivery, including schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in capital planning or building assessments
• Background in Engineering, Building Science, Architectural Science, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Must hold or be eligible for professional certification as a P.Eng. in Canada (PEO or EGBC)
