Inside Sales

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced industrial supply environment. This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys handling inquiries, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and providing product solutions to contractors and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and emails
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on inquiries
• Negotiate pricing and offer suitable product alternatives when needed
• Resolve customer service issues efficiently and professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and inventory
• Work closely with the warehouse and counter team to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

• 3–5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in electrical, industrial, or construction supply
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable negotiating pricing and closing sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
