Are you a skilled machinist with a knack for precision and a love for creating amazing things? We’re on the hunt for a talented Machinist to keep our machine shop humming smoothly. With a competitive hourly rate and fantastic benefits, you’ll be part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep the Shop Running: Maintain and service machine shop equipment, keep everything lubricated, and ensure coolant levels are just right.

• Tool Master: Manage our stock of drill bits, milling cutters, and more. Keep everything organized and ready to go.

• Purchasing Pro: Handle purchase orders, receive goods, and make sure everything is as it should be. Source new materials and tools as needed.

• R&D Rock Star: Interpret plans and sketches, give feedback, and work closely with our engineering team. Program milling centers and CNC equipment (we use GibbsCAM and SolidWorks).

• Machining Maven: Operate and program milling centers and CNC lathes. Produce R&D and low-volume parts, communicate run times, and keep everything on track.

• Manufacturing Whiz: Follow and improve assembly procedures, ensure we have the right parts and tools, and keep everything running smoothly.

• Clean & Green:Keep the shop and manufacturing areas tidy. Manage waste and arrange for proper disposal.

What You Bring:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in machine shop maintenance and machining operations
• Proficiency in GibbsCAM and SolidWorks
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
