Description
Our client in the mechanical services industry is looking for a highly skilled and self motivated individual to come join their team as a Lead Service Technician in the Greater Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
This is a unique opportunity in that this company is new to the area and looking to establish a solid client base with long term goals being to expand the territory as things progress.
What you bring to the table:
You are a journeyman or red seal HVAC technician or Plumber with your Gasfitter certification bringing several years of experience working in residential and commercial HVAC or Plumbing. You are customer service driven and ideally have some current or previous experience leading a small crew of technicians.
You are familiar and keep up to date with industry standards and codes and are safety minded. You bring an understanding of industry specific tools and software and are able to train other technicians and customers if needed. You are familiar with the geographical area and are comfortable helping sell the services of the company.
You are knowledgeable about the mechanical services business and have career ambitions of eventually being a manager.

Schedule is Monday to Friday general business hours (40 hours per week).
Compensation is based on skills and experience and will range from $50 to $60 per hour with OT as needed as well as a benefits package, RRSP and other perks.

Requirements
-Journeyman or Red Seal HVAC certified OR Journeyman or Red Seal Plumbing certified
-Gasfitter certification
-Minimum of 5 years working in residential and commercial HVAC or Plumbing
-Customer service driven
-Experience and knowledge using computers and industry specific software and CRM
-Strong leadership skills with previous lead hand or leadership experience
-Valid drivers license and clean driving record
-Must consent to and pass a criminal background check
-Legally authorized to work in Canada for any employer
