Description
We are seeking a maintenance lead to work a steady afternoon shift (3:30pm-11pm).
We are looking for a dual licensed millwright and electrician who ideally holds a Class B refrigeration ticket.
The incoming candidate should be comfortable supervising a team in executing repair and maintenance activities through a PM system.
You should be a good communicator and trainer who can coach well, and you should be willing to be hands on when required.
It is preferred that you have worked in a lean manufacturing environment and having food industry experience would be an asset.
Compensation includes a roster of benefits as well as a competitive wage which is based on relevant tickets held as well as related job experience.
Requirements
-433A Millwright certification mandatory
-442A Industrial certification strongly preferred
-Class B refrigeration license an asset
-Available to work a consistent afternoon shift
-Demonstrated track record of competency in maintenance activities within a production/manufacturing environment
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Covid vaccinated is required with exceptions made for documented exemptions
-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
